How can I report any bugs?
We greatly appreciate being informed of any bugs, so that we can rectify them. Please email us at [email protected]. Please provide as much detail as possible about:
- The exact model of the device you are using (e.g. iPhone XS or iPad Pro v2, Apple Watch 3, etc)
- The version of iOS/watchOS you are using (e.g. 12.1.4)
- Which version of Sorted³ you are using – found in Settings→About (e.g. Sorted 3.2 Build 90)
- The steps we should take to reproduce the issue you are experiencing
- If possible, a screen recording to show us the issue
- Screenshots showing the app display and any error message received
